Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. About us
7Flow AI is based in the United Kingdom and provides AI automation services to businesses. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We design, build, and support AI and workflow automations such as missed-call recovery, lead follow-up, booking systems, customer reply automation, admin workflows, and CRM integrations. The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes and pricing
Indicative prices on our website are starting points. The final price, scope, and timeline for any project will be confirmed in a written proposal. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payment may delay delivery or pause ongoing support.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts and tools required for the project (such as CRM, email, calendar, or phone systems), and reasonable feedback during build and testing. Delays caused by missing access or feedback may affect the project timeline.
6. Third-party tools
Our automations often connect to third-party tools (for example messaging platforms, CRMs, calendars, and AI providers). You are responsible for any subscription costs of those tools and for complying with their own terms of service. We are not liable for changes, outages, or pricing decisions made by third-party providers.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the automations we deliver within your business. We retain ownership of any underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and know-how we use to build them.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and only use it to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
9. Warranties and liability
We will deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. AI and automation systems are not perfect — we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business outcomes, or zero errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if invoices are unpaid or if the services are misused.
11. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of an automation, we will agree appropriate data-processing terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
